This business email writing course is suitable for literally anyone who sends emails but has never been taught how to make them great!

Objective

In this 4-hour workshop we focus on how to design and write emails that appeal to the reader, preempt their questions, and get all the information needed in response. We’ll share the Plain Language movement, how it applies today, and cover how to design an email based on world class benchmarks.

We facilitate this enlightening workshop in a relaxed and informative style, keeping it dynamic, interactive and fun. Through our practical approach, participants will learn how to write emails in a way that really works, instead of just the way they’ve always written.

Workshop details:

  • Once your workshop is confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice payable within 7 days of receipt.
  • Choose to attend the workshop in-person or on Zoom – either way, your people are guaranteed a great learning experience! Once you’ve registered, we’ll confirm the in-person venue (usually in West Auckland), or we’ll send your Zoom link.
  • This half-day workshop runs from 1:30pm to 5pm.
