Maximum group size 10 = Maximum engagement
Some providers boast ‘small group’ sizes of up to 30. We know better. That’s why we limit our competency workshops to a maximum of 10 people. When we say we guarantee a personal experience tailored to you – we’re not kidding!
Understand and respect cultural differences to improve relationships and customer service
Have you noticed silos appearing in your multicultural organisation? You want everyone to get on well, engage each other, and work together. But cultural misunderstandings sometimes get in the way. Or, maybe you’ve always wanted to build your own cultural competency around all things Pasifika, so you can lead by example. Either way, this workshop’s for you!
Pale facilitates this wonderful cultural awareness training in a way that lets people be curious about Pasifika – to ask any question without embarrassment or judgement. He’ll help you gain a better understanding of the culture and language in a non-threatening way. Together you’ll discuss safe strategies and approaches to engage and understand our community’s ways of living and learning.
Create harmony and a greater sense of openness in your workplace when you send your people to spend two days with Pale!
