Who’s it for?

This leadership training is suitable for managers with 1-2 years’ experience leading teams who are ready and willing to take leadership to the next level.

Objective

In this ultimate workshop we’ll challenge your experienced managers to grow their leadership expertise and create even higher performing teams. We’ll help them identify what they can improve and how. As a result, they’ll return with more confidence, knowledge and skills to support your business.

Approach

We’ll facilitate your experienced manager through an action packed workshop of discussion, workbook exercises, practical exercises, and problem solving. All explained beautifully by our experienced facilitators who have strong backgrounds in managing people.

Workshop details:

  • Once your workshop is confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice payable within 7 days of receipt.
  • Choose to attend the workshop in-person or on Zoom – either way, your people are guaranteed a great learning experience! Once you’ve registered, we’ll confirm the in-person venue (usually in West Auckland), or we’ll send your Zoom link.
  • Each of the five one-day workshops run from 9:30am to 5pm.
  • This leadership training runs over five months (one day per month). The following four monthly dates will be confirmed during the first day of training.
