Objective

To help individual team members deal with challenges they’re facing, and to provide an objective view of areas they could improve on. Together we’ll work on mindset, as well as practical solutions that can be implemented straightaway.

After each staff coaching session, your team member will come away with a tailored action plan that will help them improve performance and feel good about it!

Approach

We’ll start by understanding what you’d like your team member to get out of coaching. Then we’ll get to know them and their role in your organisation, making it easier for them to share their challenges in context. We’ll provide useful tools and advice, whilst building their confidence and self-belief.

During each 1-hour session, we’ll talk about what’s top of mind. We’ll work through real challenges and create a robust action plan to implement between sessions.

We’ve set a minimum of 3 sessions in order to have an impact and begin real change.
